Threatening U.S. 'feels good' but would have negative outcome: Alberta premier

Alberta Premier Danielle Smith says Canada has to expect an 'equal' and 'even more forceful' response from the U.S. to proposed Canadian counter-tariffs. Smith encouraged other premiers to 'ask themselves do we really want this outcome.'
