Stephen Mandel confirms he will seek Alberta Party leadership

Former Edmonton mayor and PC cabinet minster Stephen Mandel joins three other candidates in the race: Calgary MLA Rick Fraser, Calgary energy lawyer Kara Levis and Jacob Huffman.
