Senate committee’s study on prisoners’ human rights in Edmonton

The Senate committee on human rights held a special hearing in Edmonton as part of its cross-country study of issues in Canada’s prisons. Ex-prisoners, experts and non-profit groups gathered to voice their concerns about our country’s prison system. Among those in attendance was Senator Kim Pate.
