Runner catches avalanche barrelling toward him on video at Lake Louise

Bryon Howard was out for a run at Lake Louise with his wife, daughter and son on the trail behind him when he heard a loud boom. "I looked over my shoulder, I kind of heard something and there was an avalanche heading my way."
