RCMP's denial of bathroom breaks could render accused killer's confession inadmissible in triple-murder trial

A judge will have to decide if a startling confession from accused killer Joshua Frank should be admitted into evidence at a triple first-degree murder trial. Frank's lawyer argues it should be excluded because he was under psychological pressure and was denied the right to use the washroom.
