Notley speaks at NDP convention

Sun, Oct 28 – More than 1,000 people cheered on as Premier Rachel Notley delivered her main address to the NDP convention. In it, she announced she is running again for the province’s top job. And as Julia Wong reports, the NDP and the UCP are taking different approaches to the election campaign.
