Man dead after RCMP officers fire weapons in suspected stolen vehicle stop

In a news release late Sunday night, RCMP said an officer was conducting a traffic stop at about 1 p.m. of a suspected stolen vehicle when an altercation occurred that resulted in the officer firing their service pistol.
