Lloydminster RCMP ask for help finding stolen Const. Scarecrow

Const. Scarecrow, six-feet-two and weighing less than 25 pounds, was last seen in the area of Anniversary Park on Sept. 28. He was wearing "all green," RCMP said in a news release Thursday.
