Indigenous hockey players inspired by a trailblazer

The National Aboriginal Hockey Championships are held in Grande Prairie from May 6to May 10. It’s the first time these championships are being held in Alberta. The players had a chance to meet a trailblazer in women’s hockey in Canada. Brigette Lacquette is the first First Nations woman to be named to Canada’s national team.
