Hay shortage worrying farmers as winter approaches

Wet conditions have hampered harvests and the quality of some yields in Alberta. In the case of hay, it could mean a difficult and expensive winter to feed horses. As Sarah Komadina explains, that has animal rescues worried that some people may not be able to keep their animals.
