Gyms, libraries and more allowed to open as Alberta’s Stage 2 begins on Friday

Everything from gyms and arenas to spas, movie theatres, libraries, pools and sports activities will be allowed again when Alberta’s Phase 2 of relaunch begins on Friday. Tom Vernon has the details.
