Finance Minister Travis Toews talks about Alberta budget 2020

Alberta Finance Minister Travis Toews joined Gord Steinke and Dallas Flexhaug on Global News Hour at 6 to discuss his 2020 budget. He also addressed a large rally of public sector workers, which was held outside the legislature on Thursday as the budget was being tabled.
