Environment Canada issues tornado watch for parts of eastern Alberta

Environment Canada says conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may produce a tornado in eastern Alberta. The agency said funnel clouds in eastern Alberta have been reported to be very close to the ground.
