Edmonton woman with accessible parking placard shamed for using space

A 42-year-old Edmonton mother who overcame cancer and multiple surgeries was shamed this week for using an accessible parking space. She had the right placard on her car, but someone left a rude note anyway. Sarah Ryan reports.
