Edmonton school moves to lottery system for enrolment

The Alberta Teachers’ Association is calling for the hiring of 2,000 more teachers in the provincial budget. It comes as one Edmonton school has been forced to adopt a lottery system for enrolment. Breanna Karstens-Smith reports.
