Edmonton mayor declares the Easter Bunny and Tooth Fairy essential services

Speaking to Edmonton children, Mayor Don Iveson said Easter egg hunts may still be on but indoors, and said the Tooth Fairy and Easter Bunny will try their best to make it to all homes.
