Edmonton entrepreneur takes over Restaurants Canada board

An Edmonton entrepreneur is the new board chair of Restaurants Canada, a national organization representing 30,000 businesses countrywide. Patrick Saurette, owner and operator of The Marc restaurant in Edmonton, was chosen Sunday in Toronto.
