Councillor launches plan to end gender-based violence in Edmonton

Following the UN Women’s Safe Cities and Safe Public Spaces for Women and Girls International Conference, Coun. Bev Esslinger introduced a motion Tuesday to improve the safety of women and girls in Edmonton.
