Coronavirus: Alberta’s top doctor says 74 cases this weekend ‘erroneously reported’

Alberta’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Deena Hinshaw said on Tuesday that a data system upgrade resulted in the province “erroneously” reporting 74 new cases on Friday. She said that the cases were duplicated reports generated by the upgrade and Friday’s case count was actually a total of 103 and not 177.
