Consumers bear brunt of tariff on steel pipe

The Trump administration is hitting Canada with another tariff – a 25 per cent anti-dumping duty on steel pipe. This is just the latest escalation in a trade war between the two countries. As Tom Vernon explains, it is consumers who are bearing the brunt of it.
