Chartered plane to take Canadians out of China delayed

Canadians anxiously waiting to board a chartered plan out of Wuhan, China on Thursday will have to wait. It was supposed to leave Thursday morning (Wuhan time) but weather conditions forced a delay. Kendra Slugoski has more.
