Charter challenge of Alberta GSA legislation will face difficulties, law professor says

A constitutional law professor says a charter challenge to gay-straight alliance legislation will face difficulties. But lawyer John Carpay, with the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms, who filed the lawsuit Thursday on behalf of a group of parents and 26 religious private schools, said the law violates freedoms of religion and expression.
