Burger joint to take up former Blue Plate Diner space in downtown Edmonton

The space on 104 Street that housed the Blue Plate Diner will soon be home to a new restaurant, and the owner says plans for the tower that was the replace it all have changed as well. Vinesh Pratap explains.
