Bill Morneau avoids question about stopping transfer payments to B.C. over Trans Mountain pipeline

Finance Minister Bill Morneau avoided a question Wednesday over whether the government would stop transfer payments to B.C. over the NDP government’s fight to stop the Kinder Morgan Trans Mountain pipeline expansion, saying he would “not negotiate in public”.
