Better Business Bureau posts consumer alert for FlightHub, JustFly due to pattern of complaints

Online travel agencies FlightHub and JustFly are under scrutiny from the Better Business Bureau due to what the watchdog calls a pattern of complaints. Several customers interviewed by CBC News say they all had difficulty securing refunds for flights that didn't pan out.
