Aurora Cannabis urges shareholders to reject hostile takeover offer by Curaleaf

Edmonton-based Aurora Cannabis is urging shareholders to refuse a hostile takeover bid by Curaleaf. Aurora says it is debt-free with $149 million in cash while the rival cannabis company is over $1 billion in debt.
