Alberta’s ‘challenges’ are significant: Morneau

Federal Finance Minister Bill Morneau admitted, during a discussion at the Economic Club of Canada, that Alberta’s challenges because of the hit to the oil industry are “very significant,” but said the Liberal government has considered that in developing its economic forecast.
