Alberta government releases minimum wage report more than 3 years after it was submitted

The panel was appointed by then-labour minister Jason Copping in 2019 to look at whether the move a $15 minimum wage in 2018 hurt the labour market, and determine whether food and liquor servers would earn more from tips if they were paid a lower hourly rate.
