A clean plate? Alberta, Sask., officials to meet on licence issue, but can't agree on site

Alberta's Economic Development Minister says if Saskatchewan doesn't reverse its plate ban by next Monday, the issue will go to arbitration— and could lead to a $5M fine against Brad Wall's government.
