Cornwall, ON – As a result of an ongoing investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division into an incident that occurred in early December, 2017 where a man suffered a gunshot wound to his arm and was forced from his residence. Two persons were taken into custody and charged accordingly while a third person remained at large and a Canada-Wide warrant was obtained for his arrest. On December 14th, 2017 members of the Cornwall Communi
