Tour team of Qmack and Scott Jackson shows Cornwall kids that practise makes an all-star

It’s hard to keep 300 school children all under the age of 12 engaged and entertained— but the NBA Be An All-Star tour team of Quincy Mack, or Qmack, and Scott Jackson managed to do just that.
