Third Eastern Ontario Garlic Festival moves to Cornwall's Nav Centre

The annual Eastern Ontario Garlic Festival is returning to Cornwall for the third year in a row on Aug. 27, but this year it will be moving out of Lamoureux Park and onto the grounds outside the Nav Centre from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
