Teen from Cornwall arrested after domestic assault incident

A 16-year-old youth from Cornwall is facing four counts of fail to comply with an undertaking and one count of domestic assault. Police alleged the youth punched and contacted his ex-girlfriend on June 3. According to police, he was bound by pre-existing conditions to not communicate with his ex-girlfriend or be within 50 metres of her. Police were contacted on June 5, and the youth attended police headquarters to deal with the matter on June 8. He was held in custody pending a date in Cornwall
