ANDREWS WEST — A 19-year-old man from South Glengarry is facing 10 charges following a collision on Highway 138 on Monday evening.SDG OPP said officers located a vehicle travelling at high speeds on County Road 43 that had been reported stolen by the Cornwall Police Service.
