SD&G Report STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE RECOVERED

JANUARY 25, 2024 – Members of the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have recovered a stolen car on Highway-401.On January 24, 2024, shortly before 10:30 a.m., SD&G officers located a stolen vehicle on Highway 401, eastbound in the South Stormont Township. A tire deflation device was utilized to safely stop the vehicle and the driver was arrested.Further investigation revealed that the 2024 black Jeep Cherokee was stolen from the Peel area. O
