ALEXANDRIA — The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 423 in Alexandria joined branches across Canada to mark the 100th anniversary of the Legion on July 17.The branch has been part of the community for 80 years and exemplifies partnerships forged between local government, community, and organizations.
