New Cornwall Waterfront Plan, then a new zoning bylaw

The City of Cornwall’s planning department has a busy year ahead of it in 2018 with an update to the plan that governs the future of Cornwall’s waterfront as well as a complete overhaul of the city’s half-a-century-old zoning bylaw.
