Move outdoors helps create a 'chill' Cornwall CoTiCon

Lamoureux Park was scattered with all kinds of colourful characters on Saturday for CoTiCon, Cornwall’s Tiny Convention, which drew crowds all the way from Ottawa and Montreal.
