Lookout at old Cornwall bridge pier may be complete before end of 2018

Motorists who regularly cross the bridge onto Cornwall Island have likely noticed that some form of work has been slowly taking place on one of the pillars that remains from the previous Seaway International Bridge that was torn down in 2015-16.
