Cornwall, ON – A 15-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on May 7th, 2018 and charged with two counts of indecent act. It is alleged during the months of March and April, 2018 the youth exposed his self on two occasions while walking the area of Tollgate Road. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On May 7th, 2018 the youth was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date. His name was not released as per provision of the
