Frozen ship delays closing of St. Lawrence Seaway

The United States Department of Transportation and St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corp. spent Wednesday and Thursday trying to dislodge a cargo ship after it was immobilized by ice inside the Snell Lock on the American side of the St. Lawrence River.
