Cornwall Ontari0 – Another odd bus cancellation.  There is a freezing rain alert for Monday evening, but conditions as the day begins are actually nice?Current temps here in Downtown Cornwall are -5c and clear with snow expected to start in the afternoon.  The air will warm to well over 4c on Tuesday when more mixed precipitation is expected.
