Five arrested, cannabis and vapes worth over $176,000 seized at Cornwall border

Five people from the Toronto area are facing charges following the search of a vehicle at the Cornwall port of entry on April 25.On behalf of the Cornwall Regional Task Force (CRTF), RCMP released information on the arrests and charges on Tuesday.
