Farmers aren't behind this increase in bread prices -- Farmgate

On Dec. 19, Galen G. Weston, CEO of both Loblaw Companies Ltd. and of the George Weston Ltd. bakery, announced that in March 2015, Loblaw discovered it and the George Weston bakery had been price-fixing, or conspiring to inflate the price of bread since 2001— almost 14 years.
