Devcore Group sells some Cornwall rental properties

A change in Cornwall’s rental market is underway, as Devcore Group has sold a number of its properties. In 2024, Devcore Group sold the properties at 1421 and 1451 Brookdale Ave., as well as the location at 600 Glengarry Blvd. to Next Living.
