Cross-border jobs idea, to help Massena residents work in Cornwall, in stasis

Cornwall and the Counties Community Futures Development Corp. has been investigating the feasibility of making it easier for residents of Massena, N.Y., to fill jobs vacant jobs in Cornwall after apparently being asked to do so by the mayor’s office.
