Cornwall's planning committee goes another round over Massey Commons

Cornwall's land-use rules don't currently define or include emergency and transitional housing, but the PAC meeting where the proposed changes were unveiled quickly became about the continued opposition to the city's planned transitional-housing site at Massey Commons.
