Cornwallite upset at racist graffiti found on city paths

A local resident is concerned about the amount of racism he is seeing in the city by way of graffiti. Peter Barr said he has noticed some hateful messages spray painted along the pathway that connects Brookdale Avenue to Optimist Park.
