Cornwall youth facing charges for damaging church property

A 17-year-old youth from Cornwall was arrested on Dec. 1 and charged with mischief — destroys or damages property; failure to comply with probation order; break and enter a dwelling house with intent to commit an indictable offence; theft under $5,000; possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000; uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm; assault, and criminal harassment — threatening conduct. Cornwall police alleged the youth damaged property at a church in September.
