Cornwall teen charged with obstructing peace officer

A 17-year-old youth from Cornwall was arrested on May 8 and charged with two counts of failure to comply with a probation order, and one count of obstructing a peace officer. Police allege on May 8 the youth was bound by a probation order with the relevant conditions to not contact his ex-girlfriend and to not be within 100 metres of any place his ex-girlfriend lives, works, or frequents.
